Recruitment process is performed in the direction of the headcount budget which is determined and approved by the Board of  Directors in the beginning of the year. Interview process is based on competency evaluation of the candidate. The target is to hire the right person on the required time. Internal candidates has the priority in the recruitment process, if there is not an appropriate internal candidate, external tools are used in filling the position.       

"On the job" practical tests (welding, assembling parts) are implemented in the selection process of blue collar employees.
