Performance Management

Performance management system covers all processes regarding; the company targets to be adopted by the employees, to manage employee performances in the direction of company objectives, to follow up and evaluate employee performances, and to define development areas. In our company, performance management system is based on the target sharing and evaluation of individual competencies.   
Job descriptions and performance standards are determined and documentated for all levels of positions, and are used as the tools to evaluate the performances.
